I'll add to this over time as we learn how people work with the curriculum.
Honestly, Iย don' think the vision matters all that much. I mean it does, but not in the cosmic sense. We're all building sandcastles. Our jobs and companies and accomplishments are temporary. Sandcastles are fun to build. But we don't want to graft our identify to a sandcastle.
All that ultimately matters is that when you look at your vision you get excited by it, and you are clear on what you need to do next to move it forward (which you'll be able to do by the end of this program.)ย If you're excited and clear on what to do this day, week, etc. I think that's an enormous win.
Holding your vision a little more loosely also allows you the freedom to change. You might get 3 months or a year into pursuing a vision and realize you hate it. Or a door that you thought was open might close to you. To the degree you have "strong convictions, loosely held" around your vision, the more easily you'll be able to adapt and adjust as you go.
Several participants have specifically called out how their life stage makes it really hard to juggle everything - particularly when they have small kids in the house.
